Q: Why does the FiftyPlus Club sponsor an Alumni Scholarship?

A: A majority of our members are now in a position to give a little back to the school that has meant so much to us and this scholarship provides an opportunity.

The FiftyPlus Club wants to be more than a "lunch bunch".

The Scholarship Fund allows us to qualify as a non-profit for tax purposes at our annual fall reunion luncheon event. This saves our club almost $1,800 every year on our event bill.

Q: What is the dollar value of the scholarship and how many do we provide?

A: If selected as a recipient, the student will receive a one-time $3,500 award. Currently the FiftyPlus Club provides two scholarships per year.
